A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
PLEASE READ THESE OFFICIAL RULES CAREFULLY. By entering the FIND THE CONTRACT SWEEPSTAKES (the “Sweepstakes”), each entrant (“Entrant”) agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of adidas America, Inc. (“Sponsor”), which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
1. SPONSOR
The Sponsor is adidas America, Inc., 5055 N. Greeley Avenue, Portland, Oregon 97217.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 10:00 AM EDT on September 23, 2026 and ends at 6:00 PM EDT on September 23, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s designated timekeeping system is the official clock for the Sweepstakes. Entries received before or after the Sweepstakes Period are void.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are currently enrolled students at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a @vols.utk.edu email address and available both Friday September 25, 11:30 AM EDT – 3:00 PM EDT for Signing Ceremony and Saturday September 26 for the football game. To be confirmed as a winner, a potential winner must be in good standing with the University of Tennessee, as determined by the University in accordance with its applicable policies, and must be eligible to receive and use the prize, including being able to provide an IRS Form W-9 as described below. Sponsor may rely on the University’s determination of good standing and eligibility. An Entrant who does not satisfy these requirements at the time of verification will be disqualified.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, Kamp Grizzly, Inc., the University Entities, any other prize supplier and any other person or entity involved in the development, administration, advertising, judging, or fulfillment of the Sweepstakes, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, as well as each such person’s immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and members of the same household, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
4. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period, an eligible Entrant may obtain one (1) entry using either of the following methods:
Scavenger Hunt Entry. Begin the designated scavenger hunt by following the instructions given at @utkstudentlife: https://www.instagram.com/utkstudentlife. QR codes are used to reveal additional clues. Once finished, submit your completed scavenger hunt card to an adidas Brand Ambassador at the final scavenger hunt location and complete the official entry form on the iPads provided. Completion of the scavenger hunt alone does not constitute entry. The entry form must be received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Alternate Method of Entry (“AMOE”). If you cannot participate, please email info@adidasfindthecontract.com during the Sweepstakes Period for access to the alternate method of entry. Entry must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period.
The entry methods provide an equal opportunity to enter and win. Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of entry method. If more than one entry is received from the same person, only the first eligible entry received will be accepted. No other entry method will be accepted. Entries must be complete and accurate. Automated, robotic, scripted, macro, or bulk entries are prohibited. Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who uses multiple names, email addresses, telephone numbers, accounts, devices, identities, or other means to circumvent the entry limit or the intended operation of the Sweepstakes.
5. SCAVENGER HUNT CONDUCT AND SAFETY
Participation in the scavenger hunt is voluntary. Each participant must comply with all applicable laws and all University, campus, venue, safety, security, and conduct rules, policies, instructions, and directions of authorized personnel. Participants must remain in authorized public areas and must not trespass, enter restricted areas, disrupt University or campus operations, interfere with other persons, damage property, or engage in unsafe, unlawful, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct.
Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant who Sponsor determines has violated this Section or attempted to falsify completion, share or misuse stamps or answers, interfere with the scavenger hunt, or otherwise obtain an unfair advantage.
6. RANDOM DRAWING; ODDS
On or about September 23, 2026, following close of the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor will select 1 potential winner by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A potential winner is not a winner unless and until Sponsor verifies the potential winner’s eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules and confirms the prize award.
7. WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION; PRIZE CONDITIONS
Beginning at 9:00 AM EDT on September 24, 2026, Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by text message, email, telephone call, or any combination of those methods, using the contact information provided on the entry form. A potential winner must respond as instructed within the deadline set forth in the notification communications, which is expected to be approximately thirty (30) minutes after the first notification attempt is sent. Entrants are responsible for monitoring the telephone number and email address provided on the entry form, including voicemail and spam or junk folders.
If a potential winner cannot be contacted, does not respond by the deadline set forth in the notification communications, declines the prize, is ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or does not timely provide any information or documents reasonably required for verification and prize fulfillment, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit the prize. Sponsor will then select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries and repeat the notification and verification process until the winner is validated and the prize is awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible entries remains and awarding the prize is practicable before the applicable event or prize-use deadline.
As a condition of receiving a Prize, a potential winner will be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release, tax documentation, and other documents reasonably required by Sponsor, the University, the venue, or a prize supplier (collectively, “Prize Claim Documents”) within the time stated by Sponsor. If the prize includes a guest, the guest may be required to sign and return applicable releases and other participation documents before using the prize.
The Prize includes footwear, apparel and/or other adidas product in a one-time shipment. The Prize also includes participation in a photo shoot and content capture session. As a condition of accepting the Prize, the winner must execute Sponsor's image release and participate in the photo shoot and content capture session while wearing the selected adidas products. Failure or refusal to execute the required release or participate in the photo shoot and content capture session as reasonably directed by Sponsor may result in forfeiture of the Prize and selection of an alternate winner.

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, cancellation or material change of the applicable event, campus closure, safety concern, legal restriction, or another cause beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, select the winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the action or by another fair method Sponsor determines appropriate.
